The senator from Connecticut, and former presidential candidate, has the stupid idea of creating a new federal agency to do some of the tasks of the Federal Reserve and the FDIC. Dodd’s bill would also create more regulations, so that our government overlords can watch over us and ensure are safety from the evil “capitalists”.
